Solid timber requires simple, regular care. Basic handling preserves the satin luster, prevents floor scuffs, and keeps all stool rungs tight for decades of perching.
- Dust weekly along the wood grain using dry microfiber.
- Wipe drink spills immediately with clean dry cloth.
- Keep away from damp floors and harsh direct sunlight.
- Treat surfaces with natural beeswax once a year.
- Replace felt floor glides under legs to prevent floor scratches.
The Questions You May Have
As a standard rule, measure from the floor to the top of your counter and subtract 10 to 12 inches (25–30 cm) to determine the ideal custom seat height.
