Care:
Indoor Product Care
- Use a tablecloth or a thick, good-quality protective cloth on your Wootique product when it is subject to daily or heavy use.
- Do not place hot or cold items directly on furniture surfaces. Use suitable heat-resistant pads or coasters. Avoid placing extremely hot items such as tawas or baking dishes on furniture, even when using a protective pad.
- To protect your furniture from fading, avoid placing it next to windows or in areas exposed to direct sunlight.
- To prevent scratches and damage to the finish, avoid sliding or dragging objects across tabletop surfaces.
- Avoid placing burning candles, irons or other heat-generating objects directly on furniture. Use suitable holders to prevent heat damage and melting wax from coming into contact with the surface.
- Clean your furniture regularly using a soft, lightly damp cloth. Avoid rough materials or applying excessive pressure, as these may cause scratches.
- In case of a spill, gently blot the affected area instead of rubbing or spreading the liquid across the surface.
- To protect your furniture from moisture, avoid placing it in direct contact with damp walls. Wipe away moisture promptly using a dry, soft, lint-free cloth.
- To help prevent pest damage, maintain your Wootique products regularly and arrange professional pest treatment when required.

Warranty Terms:
- Wootique Living furniture is designed and manufactured to provide dependable service under normal circumstances and intended use. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
- Products come with a 36-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, use beyond the intended purpose, accidents, negligence, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Due to seasonal climate variations, solid wood naturally contracts and expands throughout its life. Such natural movement is not covered under the warranty. Glue lines and other characteristics resulting from the natural properties of wood are not considered manufacturing defects.

As each Wootique Living product is handcrafted and made to order, standard returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in the following circumstances:

Natural variations in wood grain, texture, colour and finish, as well as minor warping, shifting or cracking caused by humidity or climate changes, are natural characteristics of wood and are not automatically considered defects.
