You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

As each piece is handcrafted and made to order, all wooden items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Natural variations in grain, texture, colour and finish are expected and celebrated as part of the design.

Minor warping, shifting or cracking due to humidity or climate changes is natural and is not considered a defect.

Damaged Products

If Your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact Us within 48 hours at wootiqueliving@gmail.com or +91-96726 42007 with clear photographs of the damage and packaging.

If confirmed, We will replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Please do not accept or sign for visibly damaged packages. Refuse the delivery and notify Us immediately.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered if a product is confirmed to have been damaged during transit and a replacement is not possible.

Once approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time taken for the amount to reflect in Your account may depend on Your bank or payment provider.
